The Seechange Opshop is more than a place to shop, it's a community where you can belong. Whether you're a first time customer or you've been dropping by for years, you're part of our family. Our friendly and welcoming staff and volunteers work to ensure you find what you need and make you feel at home. Whether you're shopping for your next fancy dress, looking for a gift on a budget, need some new threads or a good book to read, pop in for a cuppa and a biscuit and one of our team will help find what you need.

Through the Seechange Opshop you can also access:

    • Work Experience: The OpShop is a unique opportunity for people who have experienced long-term unemployment to get back into the workforce. Through working alongside Seechange's team of staff and volunteers, people gain valuable inter-personal and professional skills in a relaxed and encouraging workplace. People learn skills in customer service, point-of-sale operation, and personal and time management in a retail environment. Through this experience was are able to provide future employers with character and skill references to assist people into their next steps toward self sufficiency through employment.
    • Food Bank: Providing a free food bank to people who are in need to help with the household budget. This includes non perishable items but also twice a week we provide fruit, vegetables and bread for families.
    • Food Vouchers: Supplying food vouchers for families who need help in a crisis with grocery items.
    • Furniture : Helping families in need relocate and resettle through providing services access to TV's, dining tables and chairs, beds, lounges, fridges, washing machines, wardrobes and mattresses.

  • Annual Gala Dinner - Voices of the Unheard

At Kingsway Care, we believe that being "unheard" is only a chapter, not the whole story. We are here to listen to the child dreaming of a permanent home, the senior seeking a seat at the table, and the parent working toward a secure future. This gala celebrates our mission to provide more than just a service; we provide a platform where every person is seen, valued, and supported.
